Home Visit
Every project begins with a personalized home visit, where we listen closely to your goals, preferences, and lifestyle needs. This collaborative conversation helps us understand your vision, assess the existing space, and gather the details that will shape a remodel tailored to your home and your priorities. A high-level rough estimate can be provided during our discussions.
Feasibility Assessment
We evaluate the structural, zoning, and budgetary parameters to ensure your project is viable and aligned with your expectations. This step includes reviewing site conditions, identifying potential constraints, and confirming that your desired changes can be executed safely, efficiently, and within scope.
Pre-Construction & Design
Our in-house design team translates your vision into detailed plans, renderings, and specifications. Precise measurements are taken throughout the space to guide design and planning. We refine layout options, general material choices, and architectural elements to ensure the final design balances beauty, functionality, and long-term value — all while preparing for a smooth construction phase. Following approval of design work (if applicable), we’ll provide a comprehensive proposal and quote that includes the build process, electrical, plumbing, and material selections (as applicable). Our rate for providing design services and a comprehensive project quote is $85/hour.
Product Selections
We help you navigate finish, fixture, appliance, and material selections so they reflect your style and meet performance goals. Every decision—from cabinetry and countertops to lighting and flooring—is carefully recorded to maintain clarity, consistency, and alignment with your needs and budget. At our showroom, located in a mid-town historical building at 2312 Peach Street in Erie, PA, you’ll find distinctive options in cabinetry, hardwood flooring, tile, and countertops. Following an initial consultation to understand your décor preferences and lifestyle, we streamline product choices to simplify the selection process.
Scheduling &
Product Ordering
Once your design and selections are finalized, we add your project to our construction schedule and begin ordering materials. We coordinate lead times, delivery logistics, and vendor communication to ensure everything arrives on time and in the right sequence — keeping your project moving smoothly and minimizing delays.

Our experienced team manages every aspect of the build, coordinating trades, inspections, and timelines with precision. Throughout construction, we conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure every detail meets our quality standards and yours. This proactive approach minimizes surprises and keeps the project aligned with your vision. At completion, we revisit the finished space together — to confirm satisfaction, and appreciate the transformation in full.
