We just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the work you and your guys did removing the old skylights and repairing the window sills. The ceiling design you came up with is beautiful. The added insulation keeps the room noticeably cooler, and we expect it will be warmer in the winter as well. During last night’s heavy rain, we had no leaks- first time in years! We definitely appreciate the quality of workmanship, and the solutions you devised for the too-low sills. Greg is quite pleased with the work- and from someone with his high standards, that is unusual. Thank you for helping us with this project. We worked with Skip Knoll Professional Remodeling to enclose an existing porch. The porch was a challenge due to existing arched openings which we did not want to lose. The project lasted seven weeks (October/November, 2021). Each day started at 7am and his crew of 3 to 4 men worked till 4pm five days a week. I can’t say enough about their professionalism. They answered all questions respectfully. They were very knowledgeable and made suggestions to enhance the project as they saw fit. Overall they exceeded all our expectations with high quality materials (i.e. Anderson Windows, cedar trim, etc.) skills, and experience. We would rate them a 10 out of 10.
