Colonial Avenue Kitchen Remodel

Open floor plan, dining, and gourmet cooking drove the design for this kitchen. We removed the dining room wall, relocated appliances, installed an island to accomodate guests and culinary skills, and added a new tile floor throughout. A wood beam was installed in the basement to support the extra weight of the island. Adding storage was important to the homeowner, including an addition of a mudroom entry.
