HOME VISIT

Schedule a consultation visit for us to look at your space and discuss the vision and scope of your project. We can provide a rough estimate range for your potential project costs. Fees may apply and are dependent on the scope of the project.

FEASIBILITY STUDY

We will do a complete assessment of your project, including measurements, detailed drawings, and material selections. This step is important in order to produce a final proposal and quote. Fees may apply and are dependent on the scope of the project.

DESIGN: FLOOR PLANS + RENDERINGS

Since we are a design/build firm, our in-house team provides design services and produces drawings from minor room changes to complete home additions. Design fees may apply and are dependent on the scope of the project.

PRODUCT SHOWROOM

Our showroom at 2312 Peach Street, in a mid-town historical building in Erie, PA, offers unique choices for cabinetry, countertops, hardwood flooring, and tile. Based on our initial visit assessing your decor tastes and lifestyle, we help narrow down product selections to make your choices easier.

PROPOSAL / QUOTE

Following the feasibility study and approval of design work (if applicable), we will review the complete proposal and quote with you. The proposal includes the build process, electrical, plumbing, and material selections (as applicable).

IN-HOUSE CARPENTRY + TILE SETTERS

Our highly-skilled employees have longevity, many of them with Skip Knoll, Inc for 15+ years. They are cognizant of 'clean as you go' and minimizing disruption for the homeowner. Our finish carpenters each have more than 25 years experience in their craft and produce amazing detail in their custom millwork for the finishing touches on any project.
